Comfortable room, convenient location, with the evening staff being very friendly and offering great dining suggestions, along with a nice indoor swimming pool to relax in after exploring.

Didn't like anything, except breakfast variety.

missingWrote a review on 17 Septoutdated furnishings
While the bathroom renovations were impressive, the overall appearance of the room felt outdated with remaining nail holes, scratches on the walls, and an ancient leather recliner that clashed with the fresh look of the bathroom. Additionally, the room's location above automatic doors made for frequent noise disturbances, and there was a lack of cleanliness with crumbs found in corners and visibly unkempt carpet. The amenities advertised, like the hot tub, weren't available, which was a letdown considering the premium price point.

Clean rooms and a welcoming staff made our stay pleasant! Breakfast was great with croissants and organic juices. We got unexpected complimentary tickets for drinks, which was a nice surprise after a long drive. The indoor pool area looked nice for relaxation.
Liked everything.

missingWrote a review on 13 Augremodeled bathroomconvenient locationnice surpriseold furnishingsvisible wear
Staying here for a family gathering was a mixed bag. The bathrooms had clearly been remodeled beautifully, which was a nice surprise during our stay. However, the overall appearance of the room left something to be desired with old furnishings and visible wear and tear. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Polaris Experience Center, which made our trip enjoyable despite the shortcomings.

missingWrote a review on 22 Jungracious managerconvenient locationdecent breakfastold furnishingssigns of wearmanagement's handling
I had to switch rooms twice before getting one that felt okay. The manager stepped up and graciously moved me to a suite after the initial issues, which I appreciated. The hotel was under remodeling, showing clear signs of wear in the rooms. Nail holes dotted the walls, and the furnishings seemed outdated. My room had this old leather rocker recliner that felt out of place in what should be a refreshed environment. Still, the bathroom looked recently remodeled, and that was a nice surprise. The evening staff I interacted with were great, offering solid suggestions for local dining. Breakfast options were decent, though I wish the breakfast nook had been tidier—garbage was overflowing when I arrived. The hotel's location was a standout, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Overall, despite the challenges, the hotel's management took the necessary steps to make things right.
